A multi level luxury and architecturally designed Villa that’s great for a family or group. This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom villa features all the mod-cons and is perfect for a romantic getaway or with the second bedroom, plenty of space for the kids.  The second bedroom can be set up as a king bed or two singles on request.

Aireys Inlet Getaway is a Resort situated in the middle of town, on the beach side of the Great Ocean Road, one street back from the cliff tops. Amazing walks are only a minute or two away. As we are so close to the beach, you can hear the ocean while you sleep. All the town amenities- including: cafes, shops etc are within walking distance. The Resort also offers shared access to our outdoor heated spa, pool and a tennis court and BBQ area. There are larger villas available that sleep up to 9.

The Space

This deluxe villa is composed of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a flat-screen smart TV and an electric fireplace.  The property looks out over the  garden, tennis court and pool.

Guest Access

This is a resort so you will have your own villa or studio.  The following outdoor amenities are the only shared spaces: Outdoor Heated Spa, Pool, Tennis court and BBQ area.

House Rules

Cancellations or changes to bookings for VILLA’s must be made 4 weeks (28 days) prior to check-in date and arrival time for a full refund less Credit Card surcharge. Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to check-in are non-refundable.

Cancellations or changes to bookings for STUDIO’s must be made 15 days prior to check-in date and arrival time for a full refund less Credit Card surcharge.  Cancellations less than 15 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

1.3% Credit Card surcharge is not refundable.

Full payment to be made at time of booking via Visa or Mastercard.

Check-in: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Checkout before 10:00 am

There is a car park for each Villa and Studio. For those traveling with multiple cars there is also labelled visitor parking spaces.

Only Villa 5 allows pets- they must remain outside on the deck or on a mat inside. Extra charges will apply of $300+ if pet hair is found on the furniture or our linen.
