Cancellations or changes to bookings for VILLA’s must be made 4 weeks (28 days) prior to check-in date and arrival time for a full refund less Credit Card surcharge. Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to check-in are non-refundable.

Cancellations or changes to bookings for STUDIO’s must be made 15 days prior to check-in date and arrival time for a full refund less Credit Card surcharge.  Cancellations less than 15 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

1.3% Credit Card surcharge is not refundable.

Full payment to be made at time of booking via Visa or Mastercard.

Check-in: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Checkout before 10:00 am

There is a car park for each Villa and Studio. For those traveling with multiple cars there is also labelled visitor parking spaces.

Only Villa 5 allows pets- they must remain outside on the deck or on a mat inside. Extra charges will apply of $300+ if pet hair is found on the furniture or our linen.
