For all other booking times, 14 days written notice must be given for a full refund of your deposit.
Less than 14 days notice will incur the first nights tariff.
Alternatively, your deposit can be held in our system ( if you notify us within 14 days of arrival) for you to use within 12 months of booking date ( not for High Season Bookings).
$10 surcharge will apply for all administration costs.
Any breakages or damage caused during your stay will be added to your account and payable upon departure.
