Booking Enquiry

Call Sue to make a booking, or fill in the form. Bookings taken preferably between the hours of 9am and 5pm , but we will also endeavor to respond to emails within the hour, so to check availability or just have a chat regarding your stay here, ph +61(3)5289 7021 or email her at info@aireysinletgetaway.com.au.

Office hours are 9am to 5pm, emails can be emailed at any time. All phone messages left after 5pm will hopefully be answered within the hour but may be  answered the next morning at 9am. Note* check-in time is from 2pm to 5pm Monday to Friday but weekend check-ins must notify us to arrange a meeting time to check- in as the office hours are 9am to 12.,30 pm.  

I live on the property, so I can check you in,  just need to know an approx time of arrival.

• All groups bookings may not exceeding 24 guests. Call Sue for clarification.

Note : Due to commission charges from “online booking agents”, all vacancies are NOT listed online, call or email to get updated vacancies.

NOTE***** No refunds shall be given for any High Season bookings throughout the year.

• All High Season Bookings must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.
• We strongly advise you to take out Travel Insurance.
• For all other booking times, 14 days written notice must be given for a full refund of your deposit.
• Less than 14 days notice will incur the first nights tariff.
• Alternatively, your deposit can be held in our system ( if you notify us within 14 days of arrival) for you to use within 12 months of booking date ( not for High Season Bookings).
• $10 surcharge will apply for all administration costs.
• Any breakages or damage caused during your stay will be added to your account and payable upon departure.
